These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pantry's Plumbing Servicesand your access to our website. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Pantry's Plumbing Services provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, pipe repairs, faucet and toilet services, and water softener installation throughout Davis County - Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, Centerville & All Davis County Cities.

2. Service Areas

We provide services in Davis County, Utah, specifically in Davis County, Weber County, Cache County, Box Elder County. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to our technician scheduling and travel requirements.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional work or materials are required
  • We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%
  • Emergency service calls may include additional fees for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing

4. Scheduling and Service Calls

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to change due to emergency calls
  • We will provide reasonable notice if rescheduling is necessary
  • Customers must provide accurate contact information and be available during scheduled service windows
  • A service call fee may apply if access to the property or plumbing issue is denied

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

  • Labor warranty: 1 year from completion date for workmanship defects
  • Parts and materials: Manufacturer's warranty applies
  • Emergency repairs: 90-day warranty on workmanship
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external factors
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about plumbing issues and property access
  • Ensuring safe access to work areas and removing personal items as needed
  • Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions at the property
  • Obtaining any necessary permits (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Payment according to agreed terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks incur a $35 fee
  • Accounts more than 30 days past due may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
  • Collection costs and attorney fees may be added to delinquent accounts

9. Permits and Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations. Permits are obtained when required by local authorities. We are licensed and insured to perform plumbing work in our service areas.

10. Emergency Services

Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7 at (801) 725-3334. Emergency service rates apply for calls outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays. Emergency response prioritizes safety and preventing further damage.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Service appointments may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee
  • Weather or emergency conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Utah and the jurisdiction of Utah courts.

13. Privacy

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
